Francisco has a BsC in Philosophy from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, studied Theology in Berkeley (USA) and has post-graduation courses in management, and in human resources management.

Francisco worked in talent management and human resources management in several organizations in several sectors with main focus on finance and healthcare.
